Water is billed base upon consumption. This is an arid environment and water is precious. Desert landscaping is encouraged in order to reduce the demand on the water system. Annual Otero County Property Taxes are due in November of each year. The 2024 property tax was $300. The address of 3418 Twilight Drive is approximate. Otero County will assign an exact street address upon issuance of a building permit. Per Protective Covenants, attached, Modular homes, mobile homes, and other off-site constructed buildings are not allowed, nor are recreational vehicles allowed to be used as either a temporary or permanent residence.
