Kacie Boylen-Henke is an amazing agent. She worked diligently with me even though I was remote for most of the process. She has a great personality and you will feel as though you have known her forever. She has the patience to deal with very picky buyers (of which I am one), and her knowledge of the area and the extremely fast changing market is top-notch. She never complained about how many homes I wanted to view remotely and did an excellent job of using FaceTime so I got a feel for the home and also the neighborhood. She shows ALL details about a house, good or bad that she knows about and will even get on her hands and knees to show you a weird gap along a baseboard during a virtual walk through.
